Hi, I’m ALEXIS
For years, I only took care of my body to look a certain way. I obsessed over the scale, constantly checked my stomach in the mirror, and lived in cycles of restricting and binging. I tied my worth to how I looked, and I thought if I could just be more disciplined, I would have the body I wanted and therefore, the validation I was seeking.
Well friend, the Lord met me there. He showed me that He, in fact, does have a perfect design for how our bodies were made and the lifestyle that supports our health. I began reading Scripture about what God says regarding nutrition, exercise, and discipline.
What changed everything for me was understanding that self-discipline is a fruit of the Spirit. It’s not something we strive for, but something God produces in us when we abide in Him. The more I focused on Him, the less I cared about what I looked like. I started enjoying eating healthy and working out because I had gratitude for the body God gave me.
I've lost over 30 pounds, and what started as a desire to find validation in my body became a deep understanding of the Lord’s design for health. Now, after four years of helping people, both in person and online, I guide others toward the same freedom and truth. Your worth isn’t in the mirror. It’s in Christ.
My Approach
This isn’t a program just about fitness. It’s a program that encourages you to seek the Lord in all that you do. My approach combines physical exercise, nourishing your body, and creating healthy habits, all while putting God at the center. Together, we’ll create a program completely tailored to your goals that fits into your lifestyle, so you can begin to walk in freedom with a healthy mind and body. It’s not about quick fixes, it’s about lasting transformation through grace, truth, and consistency.
believe it
God wants to heal your relationship with your body. No matter how long the struggle has lasted, God’s healing is available now. There is hope on the other side of this. There is a life where you wake up without feeling shame or insecurity because your identity is in Christ. There is a life where you take care of your body simply out of gratitude. Believe it.
Build it
Building a new life starts with one decision to do things different. The choice to go for a walk, prioritize a healthy breakfast, or work out even when you don’t feel like it. There will be moments when you want to give up because things weren’t perfect, but I’m here to remind you: small, intentional choices made every day create a new lifestyle with roots that last. You’re not just building healthy habits, you’re building a stronger mind.
